Privacy Notice

This notice explains, in plain language, what personal data we collect through siplgroup.in, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. Please read it before you send us an enquiry.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Shreemaa Infrarealty Pvt Ltd ("SIPL", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated on 28-11-2013 in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh (CIN: U70100UP2013PTC060897).

We are part of the SIPL Group. Our group companies include:

  • Shrihari Infrarealty Pvt Ltd – construction contractor
  • Shreejee Infrarealty Pvt Ltd – planning and architecture
  • Saanvi Infrahospitality Pvt Ltd – hospitality (The Kashi Residency)

For the personal data you give us through this website, Shreemaa Infrarealty Pvt Ltd decides why and how it is used. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), this makes us the Data Fiduciary, and you are the Data Principal.

2. What personal data we collect

We collect only what we need to reply to you.

When you fill in the enquiry form:

Automatically, when you visit the site:

  • Basic technical data that web servers record, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and date/time of visit. This is recorded by our hosting provider for security and to keep the site running.

We do not ask for sensitive information such as bank details, Aadhaar, PAN, passwords or health information through this website. Please do not include such details in your message.

3. Why we use your data (purpose)

We use your data only for these purposes:

  1. To respond to your enquiry – for example, to share project details, prices, availability or site-visit timings that you asked about.
  2. To follow up on that enquiry – a reasonable number of calls, WhatsApp messages or emails about the same enquiry.
  3. To keep the website safe and working – preventing spam, misuse and security attacks.
  4. To meet legal requirements – where a law, court or government authority requires us to keep or share information.

We do not use your enquiry details to send you newsletters or promotional messages. We will not use your data for any other purpose without telling you and, where required, asking for your consent again.

  • Your consent. When you tick the consent box and submit the form, you agree to us using your data for the purposes in Section 3 (points 1 and 2). Consent is free, specific and can be withdrawn at any time (see Section 9).
  • Legitimate uses allowed by law. In limited cases the law allows us to use data without separate consent – for example, to comply with a legal obligation, a court order, or a request from a lawful authority, and to keep basic server logs for security.

5. How your enquiry is routed (email)

When you submit the enquiry form:

  1. Your form details are sent by email to email@siplgroup.in, our sales enquiries inbox.

This means your enquiry passes through our hosting provider and our form and email service provider (Web3Forms). These are listed in Section 6.

6. Who we share your data with

We share your data only as needed for the purposes above.

a) Our group companies – only to answer your enquiry If your question needs input from Shrihari Infrarealty Pvt Ltd (construction) or Shreejee Infrarealty Pvt Ltd (planning/architecture), we may share the relevant part of your enquiry with them, only to respond to you. They may not use it for any other purpose.

b) Authorised channel partners and brokers – only to answer your enquiry We work with authorised channel partners and brokers. We may share your enquiry details with one of them so that they can respond to your enquiry, for example to arrange a site visit. They may use your details only for that purpose. They cannot make any promise, commitment or offer on our behalf beyond our official price list and the project's RERA disclosures.

c) Service providers who process data for us (Data Processors) These companies handle data on our behalf and on our instructions:

Some of these providers may store or process data on servers outside India. Where this happens, we will do so only as permitted under Indian law. Server locations, as stated by each provider: Web3Forms – infrastructure (Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare and Hetzner) that may process data in multiple regions. This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which may store and serve data from servers outside India.

d) Government and legal authorities We will share data with the police, courts, regulators (such as UP RERA) or other authorities when the law requires us to.

We do not sell your data

Bookings and enquiries for The Kashi Residency are handled by Saanvi Infrahospitality Pvt Ltd and its booking provider, not through the forms on this website.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone. We do not share it with marketing companies or with anyone other than those listed above.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep your enquiry data for 2 years after our last contact with you, or until you withdraw consent – whichever is earlier – unless a law requires us to keep it longer. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.

Records of your consent, and of any grievance you raise, are kept for as long as the law requires (at least one year once the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 apply).

If you become our customer (for example, you book a unit), your data will then be handled under the agreement and documents you sign with us, and kept as required by real estate, tax and other laws.

8. How we protect your data

We take reasonable security measures to protect your data. Access to enquiry emails and alerts is limited to staff who need it to respond to you, and we expect our service providers and partners to keep data secure.

No system is 100% secure. If a personal data breach affects you, we will inform you and the authorities as required by law.

9. Your rights and how to use them

You have the right to:

  1. Access – ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, what we do with it, and who we have shared it with.
  2. Correction and updating – ask us to correct wrong or incomplete data, or update it.
  3. Erasure – ask us to delete your data, unless a law requires us to keep it.
  4. Withdraw consent – stop us using your data at any time (see below).
  5. Grievance redressal – complain to us and get a response (see Section 10).
  6. Nominate – name another person who can exercise your rights on your behalf if you die or are unable to act because of illness or incapacity.

How to make a request: Email crm@siplgroup.in or call 0542 4000511. Please mention:

  • your name, and
  • the phone number or email address you used in the enquiry form (so we can find your record).

We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Please note: email@siplgroup.in is for sales enquiries. For anything about your personal data, please use crm@siplgroup.in.

You gave consent with one tick. You can withdraw it just as easily:

  • Send an email to crm@siplgroup.in with the subject line "Withdraw consent", or
  • Call 0542 4000511.

Once you withdraw, we (and anyone we shared your enquiry with) will stop contacting you, and we will delete your data within a reasonable time, unless a law requires us to keep it. Withdrawal does not affect anything we did lawfully before you withdrew.

The Grievance Officer is also the person who can answer any question about how we process your personal data.

We will acknowledge your complaint and try to resolve it as quickly as possible, and in any case within one month of receiving it (or any shorter period the law requires).

11. Complaining to the Data Protection Board of India

If you are not satisfied with our response, or we do not respond in time, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India in the manner it prescribes.

We request you to contact our Grievance Officer first, so that we have a chance to resolve your concern.

12. Children

This website is not directed at anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children. If you are under 18, please do not use the enquiry form. If a parent or guardian believes a child has sent us data, please contact us and we will delete it.

13. Cookies

At launch, this website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. It uses only cookies or similar technical files that our hosting strictly needs to run the site securely, if any.

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and the Sri Krishna Vilas and Contact pages embed a Google Maps map, so your browser sends your IP address to Google, and the map may set Google cookies. We also store a small note in your browser for an hour to stop duplicate form submissions.

If we decide to add analytics or other cookies in future, we will update this notice before we do so.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings.

Our site may link to other websites, such as up-rera.in. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their privacy notices.

15. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the "Last updated" date. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you and, where required, ask for your consent again.
